This summer students from Branciforte and Mission Hill Middle Schools participated in a fun and inspirational math exploratory Summer Camp. Students explored inquiry based math tasks and learned the power of having a growth mindset (positive self talk focused on having grit, perseverance, & determination). The camp was an exploration in conjunction with a Stanford University research project. B40 math teachers are incorporating what they learned through this interesting and fun camp into their daily instruction and work with students.
